Welcome to the third issue of my showcase magazine, Purpose Ed. I am excited to let you know that more than 25 thousand people read the previous issue, which was all about building the right habits to support your growth and success. In that issue, I explained more about the Dharma personality types that I also cover in my new book, Think Like A Monk. If you have not done so yet, I encourage you to complete our quiz and find out your unique profile! More than half of my followers have a dominant "Guide" dharma type! Which dharma personality do you have?

Deeper levels of connection and listening determine the health of our relationships, how well we function in our daily lives, and our ability to overcome difficult times.

In this, the third issue, we turn our attention to the aspect that has been the most profound in human development since ancient times – communication! The way we interact with each other and share information, thoughts, and feelings is instrumental in our collective well-being. Deeper levels of connection and listening determine the health of our relationships, how well we function in our daily lives, and our ability to overcome difficult times.

I had the honor to interview the acclaimed American actress and singer Chrissy Metz to get her perspective of what is important in her life and hear her tips for personal growth and transformation.

We talked to Dr. Ryan Niemiec, an American Psychologist and Education Director of the VIA Institute, about the importance of developing our character strengths to improve our communication ability.

We also have many more interesting articles to read or listen to, including a chat on reflective listening, an explanation of some key concepts of communication, an interview with our supervisor, Viraj Oza, and some transformative student stories.

I have enjoyed working with my team to put together this exciting issue of the Purpose Ed magazine for you, and I am confident that you will be equally thrilled by the vibrant personalities, thrilling personal stories, inspiring information, and practical tips that are likely to give your life journey an extra boost.

Let’s work together to change lives!
