What difference would you like to see in your life or in the world as a result of the current global change?

Chris: Strive to be an example of good for others to emulate. Continue to be open-minded to the views and opinions of others. Ensure that I am maintaining a quality work-life balance. Look for ways to help and serve others.

Viraj: Greater personal accountability. Our personal choices do have a global impact. As we’ve seen in Wuhan, as a result of the demands and creation of these wet markets, how that has affected the world. It's no different to any choice made elsewhere. We’re all connected. Also realizing how little we actually need vs what and how we consume in a world that is run by finances and materialistic wants.

What can you do tomorrow to bring one of those dreams closer to a realization?

Chris: Begin my day with an acceptance mindset versus expectation mindset. Be accepting of others as well the path for the day, I will not force life to happen my way. This will allow me to be available to serve others.

Viraj: Little things make the biggest difference, a simple smile, nod and acknowledgement can do a lot for a person.

Change is a process that promotes optimization towards ideal state. Why do we often resist and fear change?

Viraj: Only when we perceive it as an inconvenience.

Chris: We are afraid of the unknown or struggles that we may not be ready to face. Our fears include what others might think or what change will cost. Visualization of the change might be a foreign concept to us.

Do we actually need to be productive right now and build new habits?

Viraj: Only when we shift our focus away from what “if?” towards what “is?”, can we get closer to the reality of our situation. Then we choose the adjustments we need to make that matter. This way we can get close to our realities without the added pressure, as long as we remain open and compassionate towards ourselves. Be creative, rather than reactive and set your own pace.

Chris: We need to determine what it is about our daily habits that might be impacting our current level of productivity.  Unless we know the impact of our habits, we will not know what needs to be changed.  Awareness is key!!

Do you see the current global change as a threat or as an opportunity?

Chris: Threat and opportunity are a matter of perspective.  Now, more than ever, we have the opportunity to see the world change on a level that was unimaginable.  We see people at their best and we serve people that need us.

Viraj: Initially, yes. Then I saw what the threat was (to my health as an example) and saw it as an opportunity to optimize and reprioritize.
